Rose's Dressing Gown - J Peterman Replica

This is Rose's Dressing Gown from Titanic as reproduced for the 1998 J Peterman catalog. The original catalog number was AAV10238. The gown itself is soft butter color silk charmeuse to the floor with fine lace edging at the bodice. There is a one button closure in the back and adjustable straps. I would say it skims the body. The robe is cream lace netting that ends in a small train in the back. The back of the robe has one small inverted pleat from the bodice to create the lovely swirl. Yellow ribbon flowers frame the neckline and decorate the sleeves and the sleeve 4 points each end in a crystal briolette. One hook and eye closure holds the the front together.
